I am a certified coach who offers one on one coaching for leaders in STEM, Professional services, and individuals who are seeking holistic growth. I work with individuals who are committed to achieving their goals by embracing their strengths and exploring opportunities. Those who are willing to reflect deeply within themselves, to confront and challenge their behaviours, biases, limiting beliefs and other barriers that are hindering them from maximising their full potential.
My coaching framework is strongly aligned to my values. I connect easily with people at all levels. I am genuinely interested in hearing about people’s goals and exploring options that will unlock their capabilities. I believe each individual I meet is smart and capable of achieving anything they set their minds to.

Why work with me?
I have a genuine passion for people and their wellbeing. Having worked as a marketing and communications lead in male dominated industries, I have witnessed how communication and certain leadership styles impact organisational culture positively and negatively. If the impact is negative, it affects productivity, transparency, trust, and staff turnover, which has an effect on an organisations’ bottom-line and reputation. Being able to contribute towards creating conducive environments is something I hold close to my heart, hence working with leaders and individuals who are willing to make the necessary changes and grow.
I strongly believe being humane and embracing servant leadership qualities in the business landscape is needed now more than ever. Employees are yearning for collaboration, transparency, trust, open communication, appreciation, recognition, growth, flexibility and authenticity.
My background
I am a seasoned professional with over two decades experience in the healthcare, engineering, manufacturing, construction and mining industries. I acquired my Executive and Management Coaching Certificate from the University of Cape Town.
Additionally I hold a MCom in Business Management from the University of Johannesburg, a Post Graduate Marketing Diploma from the IMM Graduate Institute, and a Bachelor of Arts Communications Degree from Andrews University.
